Despite unprecedented technological progress, people working in organizations all over the world are more disengaged, more exhausted and polarized than ever before. And although there has been considerable progress, women are still being overlooked and discriminated against all over the world.
These challenges cannot be solved with the leadership models of the past. What's more, these outdated models have had a side-effect that is often overlooked: Many people-oriented leaders have been discouraged or prevented from truly putting people first in their organizations.
This is why we created the Humane Leadership Academy.
